2004 Del Rio, Del Rio Vineyard, Oregon
This 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot blend is a rich medley of currant, black cherry, and dark fruits. Aged for 19 months in 70% new French oak and 30% 1 year old American/French Oak, the finish lingers with nicely balanced tannins and spicy wood tones. Enjoy this wine with lamb, pork, and all red meats for the next six years.
Only 850 cases of this wine were produced.

2004 Merlot, Columbia Valley
This
blend of 86% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 7%
Malbec represents a selection of the finest vineyards in the Columbia Valley. Only 14 barrels were selected for the blend.
Aged in new French Oak for 16 months, this wine is rich in blueberry, tobacco, cedar and spice. Pair this wine with beef, game, or tomato based dishes and good friends.

2004 Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley
With 10 years of winemaking in Washington State, Whitman Cellars' winemaker has established relationships with some of the best vineyard managers in the state. This blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Malbec, and 7% Merlot is a reflection of those relationships and the true quality of the vineyards and their unique characteristics.
Aged for 16 months on new French Oak, this balanced wine is robust, with flavors of blackberry, cherry, cassis, tobacco, chocolate, smoke and spice, and long velvety tannins lend it to a long rich finish. Only 20 barrels were selected for this wine, which should age gracefully for the next 6 years.

points in Wine and Spirits magazine and won a GOLD
medal at the VinoChallenge International Wine Competion

2003 Narcissa Red
This
red wine blend is named after Narcissa Whitman, a
frontiers-woman and wife of missionary Marcus Whitman.
Narcissa was one of two women who were the first white
women to cross the Rocky Mountains and settle in the
Walla Walla Valley in 1847.
This
unique blend of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, 8% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Franc was aged for 18 months in French and American barrels. Rich with black pepper, blackberry, cherry, chocolate, tobacco, and a long balanced mouth feel, it will continue to develop for the next 5 years. Enjoy this wine with beef, game, or tomato based dishes and good company.

2005 Syrah, Walla Walla Valley
Washington
state terroir is gaining a reputation for producing
some of the finest Syrahs to date. The Syrah grape
varietal gained its reputaion in the Rhone Valley
of France.
This Walla Walla Valley Syrah is characterized by big, ripe, intense layers of blackberry, cherry, pepper, and meaty tones. Firm structure lends to this richly colored Syrah. Enjoy with hearty stews, steak, and roasts or tomato based pasta dishes.

2006 Viognier, Columbia Valley
This
Viognier (pronounced Vee-on-yay) was fermented in
new French Oak barrels and aged on the lees for two
months.
It is characterized by essences
of ripe pineapple, lemon, grapefruit, and tnagerine. A viscous mouth feel, balanced acidity, and subtle tones of toast and vanilla finish out with a lingering richness.
